Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, hospice care, and working with people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Support residents' rights and maintain confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure the well-being of clients

Experience:
- Prior experience in caregiving or direct support roles
- Familiarity with medication administration systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Experience in behavior management techniques for individuals with developmental disabilities
